"Contour & Form" Portrait & Figure Drawing/Painting Class (8 weeks)

Join us for this Winter session of creativity! All levels welcome!
We will be focusing on the “Contour & Form” of the figure… from portraiture to gesture drawing, learning body proportions and simplifying the form.
ABOUT THE CLASS:
Join a welcoming creative community, while learning practical Drawing & Painting techniques
We will paint with Watercolor and Acrylics for this class.
Utilize these skills with a self-guided project of your own, or create multiple works with the new skills obtained in each class.
ABOUT THE STUDIO:
Paisley Studio is centrally located on NE Broadway & 7th Ave.
It is a welcoming professional studio with large windows with natural light, and plenty of large table space to spread out with basic amenities for painting available.

Materials Needed
-Acrylic AND/OR watercolor paints:
(Acrylic colors: Primary Cyan, Cadmium Yellow, Primary Magenta,Black, White)
-Palette /white plate or palette paper, water jar, paint rag, spray bottle for water, blue tape/ artists tape
- 2-4 small- medium canvases
-Small, medium large brushes
-Drawing paper, pencil, eraser
-Inspirational Imagery ie: photos, art, etc.
